Influence of High CO2 Partial Pressure on Nitrogen Use Efficiency of the C4 Grasses Panicum coloratum and Cenchrus ciliaris

Silvia G. Rudmann, Paul J. Milham and Jann P. Conroy

Annals of Botany 88 571–577, 2001

It is regretted that the y-axis of Fig. 2 was incorrectly labelled. The figure should have appeared as follows:

Fig. 2. Transpiration rates (E) of last fully expanded leaves of C. ciliaris (squares) and P. coloratum (circles) at 23 DAS. Growth and gas exchange were measured at either 38 (open symbols) or 86 Pa CO2 (closed symbols). Values are the means of four replicates. Bars represent two standard errors.

The Effects of Salinity and Sodicity upon Nodulation and Nitrogen Fixation in Chickpea (Cicer arietinum)

D. L. N. Rao, K E. Giller, A. R. Yeo and T. J. Flowers

Annals of Botany 89 563–570, 2002

There was an error in Table 2, for which the publisher apologises. The number of nodules per pot for variety CSG 8890 in the second column should have read 10·0 not 0·0. The corrected table is printed below.
